Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

Organization Data: Data you and your organization members submit to the Service, including documents, configurations, chat messages with AI agents, and workflow data.

Third-Party Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Google, GitHub, Stripe, etc.) via OAuth, we receive and store access tokens and related credentials necessary to maintain those connections. We do not store your passwords for third-party services.

Device and Browser Information: We collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and service improvement purposes.

Push Notification Data: If you enable push notifications, we store your browser push subscription endpoint and associated keys.

ClankTeam operates a multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation between organizations. Each organization's data, AI agents, and configurations are fully isolated. No organization can access another organization's data through the Service.

5. AI Agent Data Processing

AI agents provisioned through the Service process data on behalf of your organization. This processing occurs within your organization's isolated environment. AI agent interactions (chat messages, tool calls, approvals) are logged for audit purposes and are accessible only to authorized members of your organization.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services to host and operate the platform. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
• Third-Party Integrations: When you connect external services, data flows between ClankTeam and those services as necessary for the integration to function. This data sharing is initiated and controlled by you.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), isolated per-organization environments, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Organization data may be retained for a limited period to allow organization administrators to manage the transition.
