1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClankTeam ("Service"), operated by ClankTeam ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClankTeam provides a platform for businesses to manage AI agents in a private, persistent, shared workspace. The Service includes a web-based portal, AI agent management tools, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use AI agents provisioned through the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Organizations and Multi-Tenancy

The Service supports multiple organizations. Each organization operates in an isolated environment. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing access and permissions within their organization. Data belonging to one organization is not accessible to other organizations.

6. AI Agents and Automation

The Service provisions AI agents that can perform automated tasks on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by AI agents where approval is required. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, and you are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of such outputs before acting on them.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google, GitHub, Stripe, and others) via OAuth or API connections. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and payment terms will be communicated to you before any charges are incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClankTeam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClankTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClankTeam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
